She was travelling on the X51 service from Birmingham to Walsall. After being challenged the man fled from the bus in Perry Barr.
He is described as a fairly dark skinned Asian man in his mid 40s, of average build and around 5ft ins tall with white facial stubble and a scruffy appearance.
He was wearing a baseball cap and carrying a rucksack with a Union Jack on it and he spoke with poor English.
Det Sgt Emma Holder said: “This assault has traumatised the young woman who was just going about her journey. She had the courage to challenge the culprit who then made off, however it has left an emotional scar on her.
“Anyone who knows who he is should come forward so that we can fully investigate.”
Anyone who recognises the man on the bus should call Det Sgt Holder on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

Pakistani who overstayed by FIVE years tells of anger at system (but she's claiming asylum anyway)

  • Saima Shaheen, from Pakistan, overstayed her student visa by five years
  • Ms Shaheen says she is angry at the way illegal immigrants are treated
  • Has now claimed asylum and says she deserves to be approved to stay
  • Worked for unscrupulous lawyer 'like a slave' and was too scared to leave
  • Nazakat Ali was jailed for six years in April for running immigration scam

For Saima Shaheen, a would-be barrister from Pakistan, her new life in the UK hasn't worked out quite as she hoped.

Originally admitted on a student visa, she became an illegal immigrant after it ran out and says she was forced to work like a slave by an unscrupulous lawyer who threatened to reveal her immigration status if she didn't.

Now, more than five years after her visa ran out and four months after her corrupt former boss was jailed, she has decided to claim asylum in the UK but is furious about the way she has been treated.

'My life finished when I became illegal,' says Ms Shaheen who is living in a taxpayer-funded home and on an allowance of £37 a week while her claim is processed.

'My life finished. In five years, I never travelled by tube and I never travelled by bus because I was scared to be deported.

'I'm ashamed to say that in this country, a dog's life is better than an illegal person's.'
Currently, there are an estimated 860,000 illegal migrants living in the UK, each of which is thought to cost the taxpayer up to£4,250 each per year.

But with the threat of a visit from immigration officers and police hanging over their heads, many resort to desperate measures - as Ms Shaheen knows only too well.

Her former boss, crooked solicitor Nazakat Ali, was jailed for six years in April for running a lucrative scam that saw him charge up to£10,000 a head to turn desperate Indian and Pakistani men into British citizens.

Ali, 38, organised thousands of sham marriages with Eastern European women, many of whom had been trafficked into the country themselves, before creating the paperwork needed to convince the Home Office of the men's 'human right' to stay.

Shaheen, as an illegal overstayer herself, was terrified of her unscrupulous boss who threatened to reveal her immigration status to authorities if she spoke out.

'It was a nightmare to be honest,' she reveals. 'I used to cry outside every single day.'

The enormity of the scam, she says, left her overwhelmed with work but, terrified of Ali, she never spoke out about what was going on.

'Whenever I used opened the door, there was a queue,' she remembers. 'It was massive. I was the one who used to open the post and I have seen a lot of British passports come in on fake applications.

'You can say, a single day, 80 passports. I was being treated in this office like a slave and my mouth was zipped shut.

'I was not allowed to say a single word. Mr Ali believed the Home Office was in his hand because he kept submitting fake applications and the Home office kept granting it.

'There's a lot of Mr Ali around in UK but they do it under the table.'

Now in the midst of an asylum application, Ms Shaheen believes that a British visa is the least she deserves following her ordeal.

'I think I deserve it because obviously, I came into this country full of dreams,' she explains. 'I wanted to be something.

'Now I want to complete my studies, become a barrister and to do something in this country.'

Derelict Blackburn pub could turn into Islamic teaching hub

The Crescent Hotel building was targeted by thieves and set alight last month

Sajjad Shah Bukhari lodged proposals last December to turn The Crescent Hotel, on the corner of Bank Lane and Shadsworth Road, into a Madrasah.
CONTROVERSIAL plans to convert a derelict pub into an Islamic teaching hub have been re-submitted to Blackburn with Darwen Council.
    • More detailed plans have now been submitted that could see an additional two-storey extension added to the building, which was targeted by thieves and set alight last month.
Mr Bukhari also wants to expand the car park to the rear of the disused pub from 19 spaces to 21.
Previous planning permission was granted for the site to be demolished and replaced with six homes, but that project never came to fruition.
In a design and access statement, the applicant said: “The proposal is for the change of use of the building to provide facilities for all five Islamic prayers, including Friday Prayers, a Madrasah, and after-school homework booster sessions during the evenings and at weekends, and generally as a local small community centre for all faiths.
“The centre will provide facilities for both male and female users of the building.”

Some Shadsworth residents had objected to the initial plans, which did not include the extension and car park alterations and have yet to be approved by planning chiefs.
Thieves stole copper piping from underneath the floorboards of the vacant former Thwaites pub on August 1, while a rubbish fire caused damage to an upstairs room during the same raid.
Mr Bukhari said the new proposals addressed previous doubts about the number of spaces provided for visitors.
He said: “The proposal meets this standard above and over what would be required, hence a Travel Assessment Plan has not been submitted.
“It should also be noted that children using the Madrasah live locally, with a walking distance of a maximum of five to eight minutes.”

SERIOUS SEX ATTACK BY TWO ‘ASIAN’ PERVERTS

The historic northern city of York is one of the few remaining  places left where elements of British history and its rich heritage are still evident. The city was founded in 71 a.d. by the Romans who built a massive castle that housed in excess of 6,000 legionnaires. York’s many historic attractions such as York Minster and its medieval city walls are a magnet for millions of tourists and day trippers each year.
With a much lower than average Muslim population of 1%  compared to the national average of 5 %. York is far from the top of the list when you think of places that are suffering from the effects of Islamization and the many Muslim problems that they bring with them.
Yet that is not so. Even with only a tiny presence of Muslims in the city, it is still enough to import the very serious threat of rape jihad against women and schoolgirls. This sex attack by two Islamononces against a 19-year-old girl perfectly demonstrates that.
I  wonder why Muslims seem to often commit these sex crimes in numbers? I cannot get my head round how they come up with the idea. I’m fully aware of the  sexually warped mind of many Muslim males and the sex offender inside them just waiting to come out. Does one Muslim say “hey Mohammed what shall we do tonight” and the other one reply ”  i have a good idea Muhammad. Lets go get some jiggy jiggy and rape an infidel woman”   It beats me!!!  The way the Muslim mind works and processes things is one of the many wonders of the world.

DETECTIVES are investigating a serious sexual assault in York.
A 19-year-old woman was approached from behind and sexually assaulted in an alleyway off Friargate shortly after leaving Yates Wine Lodge.
The woman was walking towards the old fire station in Clifford Street when she was attacked at 9pm on Thursday.
Two suspects are believed to have been involved. Both are described as Asian and aged in their mid-twenties.
One of them was very thin, with spiky hair. The second man is described as being chubby.
Det Alan Rowan, of York CID, urged people who were waiting for a bus at the time to come forward.
He said: “I would like to thank the members of the public who have already contacted the police with information.
“I am urging anyone else who was in the area at the time, and has not yet contacted us to do so straight away. I am particularly keen to speak to anyone who was waiting for a bus on Clifford Street between 9pm and 9.45pm and ask that they contact us straight away.
“The victim is continuing to receive support from specially trained police officers as we continue our inquiries.”
Police placed a cordon around the alleyway, which runs past the Job Centre between Castlegate and Clifford Street, until 2pm on Friday.
Traders in Friargate reacted with shock to news of the attack.
Ginni Hickey, 23, of Wards the Florist, in Clifford Street, said: “It’s awful and so sad. When I found out what had happened I was really scared.
“My sister is a student in York and it’s not nice for her. She’s 19 and works in a nightclub, so this brings it home.”
Sharon Paxton, 40, from Futon Company, on Clifford Street, added: “It’s not nice and it’s happening more in York at the moment, especially at that time of night when the city is full of people.
Ed Chambers, who works for Mail Boxes ETC, said: “If it’s not violent fights and arrests on a night out it’s something like this, and it seems to be getting more common.
Josh Dixon, 23, of True Colour Sanctuary, said: “It’s disgusting and filthy. I don’t know what you can do to stop it.
“I didn’t think it would happen there because it’s not as if it’s out of the way, but you would’ve thought someone would’ve seen something.”
Colleague Lauren Roberts, 23, added: “My friend was leaving work on Thursday and came down here but was stopped by the police who walked her to the car park.”
Anyone with information about the incident should call York CID on 101, select option two, and quote reference number 12140142651.

A terrorist recruitment picture posted on Twitter showing seven British jihadis posing with AK47s has been ridiculed by other social media users who have called the group cowards for hiding their faces.

The men were captured in full combat gear, proudly clutching their rifles with balaclavas and rags covering their faces and hiding their identities.

An eighth UK-born terrorist, calling himself Khattab A Mujaji, took the photo and told followers: 'A few of the British brothers.'

Mocked: The photo showing seven British jihadis clutching AK47s was ridiculed by Twitter users who suggested that the men were cowards for hiding their faces

The picture was supposed to inspire more Brits to join ISIS but was instead targeted by other Twitter users, who dismissed the gun-wielding terrorists as cowards.

One said: 'Such brave men and so proud that they dare not show their faces'. Another wrote: 'Pussies with masks'.

Another Brit terrorist posted snaps of a sun-drenched lake captioned: 'Jihad is the tourism of the believers.'

But his comment sparked outrage, with one tweeting: 'Oh yeah, raping women, beheading prisoners, mass murdering is a great way to travel for evil.'

It has emerged that the British jihadis, responsible for holding prisoners including murdered US journalist James Foley and currently detained British journalist, John Cantlie, are known for their brutality.

In a recent video posted online, John Cantlie, a photojournalist and war correspondent who has worked for several national newspapers, said that he had been 'abandoned' by Britain.

Speaking to the Daily Mail following the video's release, a source spoke of how James Foley and John Cantlie were tortured by British jihadis.

They said: 'The water-boarding was not every day – maybe two or three times. The British jihadis did the most appalling stuff in the world – they were psychopathic.’

British militants forced hostages to take part in boxing matches against each other and the losers of these bouts were tortured.

The fights, which the hostages dubbed the ‘Royal Rumble’, were held almost entirely for the entertainment of their British captors, one of whom once claimed to have been a boxer in the UK before leaving to join the Islamic jihad.

During these forced gladiator-style bouts, the jihadis known as the ‘British Beatles’ watched from a skylight above in order to get a better view of the fighting below.

Security experts say ISIS is coming under increased pressure from Muslims horrified by its ultra-violent regime.

Many have begged them to free aid volunteer Alan Henning, 47, from Eccles, Gtr Manchester, after executioner Jihadi John threatened he would be the next hostage victim.

One source told the Daily Star: 'The fact these people are now
being openly mocked on social networking sites proves they are losing the battle.'

Again in UK: Muslim rape gangs targeted girls in Sheffield, care worker kept mum, fearing being called racist

UKMuslimrapegangIn Rotherham the same thing happened, and the lives of 1,400 girls were destroyed. There is no telling how many girls all over Britain were victimized in this way, while authorities cowered in fear of being charged with “racism” and “Islamophobia.” What is remarkable is that even now, as these cases are coming to light, those who for years have smeared people who called attention to the Muslim rape gangs as “racists,” such as Nick Lowles and Matthew Collins of Hope Not Hate and Fiyaz Mughal of Tell Mama UK, haven’t been denounced, discredited, reviled, despised and removed from all positions of influence in British society. The carnage they are leaving in their wake is appalling beyond measure, and the fact that they continue to enjoy prestige and are allowed to sway public opinion shows how desperately ill British society really is.
“New abuse shocker! Sheffield hit by ‘endemic’ Asian gang child sex shame,” by Robin Cottle, Daily Star, September 19, 2014:
Asian men have been targeting young girls in Sheffield, says a former care home worker.
But she kept quiet because she feared she would be branded a racist if she spoke out.
Ruth, using a fake name, who worked in the city from 2002 to 2004, said: “Occasionally some of the care workers would go around in cars, which put us at great risk, but we were so desperate and frustrated with the lack of anything being done for the girls. It was endemic, totally endemic throughout.
I wish I had said something at the time but if I had I would have probably been labelled a racist. I think the whole system completely and utterly failed the girls.”
The news follows horrific revelations from Rotherham, just five miles from Sheffield, of 1,400 children being sexually abused by groups of mainly Pakistani men.
South Yorkshire Police yesterday confirmed there were currently 173 live investigations into child exploitation in Sheffield.

  • An educational video warning schoolgirls about Asian grooming gangs was commissioned for schools in 2007 but was never promoted in the UK amid fears of appearing racist.

The 20-minute film, My Dangerous Loverboy, features an Asian man in his 20s grooming a younger white girl - lavishing her with gifts and getting her drunk before forcing her to have sex for money.

It was commissioned by child protection chiefs based in Yorkshire following reports of vulnerable girls being passed around groups of men for sex, according to a TV producer who worked on the project.

Despite winning plaudits at international media festivals, the video was hardly used as it was thought not to be politically correct, the Sunday Mirror reports.

Yorkshire has since been shaken by the revelation that 1,400 girls were abused by Asian gangs in the town of Rotherham between 1997 and 2013.

The female TV producer, who preferred not to be named: said: 'The project was set up to specifically raise schoolkids' awareness of the dangers.

'The police and social workers were very clear it was Asian men who were seducing white British girls.

'I can't help wondering how many girls the film might have saved from being sexually exploited if the UKHTC and police had put their needs before political correctness.'

The movie was produced by a company called Eyes Open Creative, who say the aim was to 'open up people's eyes to the harsh realities of sexual exploitation'.

It was also commissioned by the UK Human Trafficking Centre (UKHTC), which is now part of the National Crime Agency.

At the time of its release, the UKHTC said: 'We want this film to create awareness of the circumstances in which this kind of exploitation can occur, and encourage vigilance from everyone in a position to notice the behavioural and physical signs that indicate abuse.'

A spokesman from The National Crime Agency today said: 'The film was officially launched in 2010 and the annual Safe and Sound conference. It was not suppressed.

'It was put on the UKHTC website, sent to every police force and to child protection agencies.'

Shaun Wright, head of children's services in Rotherham between 2005 and 2010, resigned as Police and Crime Commissioner for South Yorkshire last week following weeks of intense pressure to quit.

Joyce Thacker, director of children's services at the time of the scandal also quit on Friday.
The resignations follow last month's report, from Professor Alexis Jay, which indicated that at least 1,400 children were abused between 1997 and 2013 in Rotherham amid widespread failings by authorities.

The devastating report made 'painful reading' for the police force covering the town, its chief constable admitted.

Martin Kimber, chief executive of Rotherham Borough Council, also stepped down after the findings, which suggested that the authorities were too scared to take action against the gangs for fear of appearing racist.

Over the 16-year period, children as young as 11 were sexually exploited by gangs of men – most of them of Pakistani origin.

      • Nicky Morgan's proposal are intended to stop 'brainwashing' of children
      • Comes in wake of 'Trojan Horse' plot by radical Muslims to take over schools
      • Theresa May has lined up alongside colleague to support the proposals
      • But Communities Secretary Eric Pickles is said to be against the plans
      • Mr Pickles said to be backed by heads of Catholic and Jewish faiths in UK

An extraordinary Cabinet row has broken out over plans by Ministers to force Muslim schools to teach pupils about Christianity.

The move by Education Secretary Nicky Morgan is intended to stop Islamic extremists from ‘brainwashing’ children. But it has led to a clash at the top of Government, with Home Secretary Theresa May lining up with Mrs Morgan against Communities Secretary Eric Pickles.

Mrs Morgan drew up the proposals in the wake of the ‘Trojan Horse’ plot by radical Muslims to take over schools in Birmingham, which led to the Government rushing in new measures to compel schools to teach ‘British values’ of tolerance.

Nicky Morgan, is said to have drawn up the new proposals in the wake of the Trojan Horse plot in Birmingham schools
Nicky Morgan, is said to have drawn up the new proposals in the wake of the Trojan Horse plot in Birmingham schools

However, The Mail on Sunday has learned that the plan has infuriated Mr Pickles, who has argued it ‘violates religious freedom’, and warned about the impact on Catholic and Jewish schools.

The Education Secretary wants to amend the Religious Studies GCSE course, which stipulates that pupils should study one ‘world religion’ – usually restricted to their school’s faith.

Mrs Morgan wants students to learn about a minimum of two religions to ensure that Muslim pupils become aware of ‘different perspectives’.

Mr Pickles – backed by the heads of the Catholic and Jewish faiths in the UK – has pointed out that the plan could also compel other faith schools to teach pupils about Islam.

A Government source said: ‘Eric has really gone off on one over this.

      Theresa May
      Eric Pickles
Home Secretary Theresa May, left, is supporting the plans, while Communities Secretary Eric Pickles, is against

‘He thinks that it is just meddling, and it will have a knock-on effect on the freedom of Catholic and Jewish schools to restrict their teachings to just their faith and preserve their distinctive ethos.

Theresa however has been fully supportive.

She thinks the most important thing is to stop a new generation of Muslims from being lost to the extremists.’

The Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis is expected to raise the proposal at a meeting with the Prime Minister later this month.

The Catholic Archbishop of Westminster, the Most Rev Vincent Nichols, is also understood to have privately expressed his concerns over the reform, while the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, is ‘broadly supportive’ of the move.

Last night an ally of Mrs Morgan defended the plan as essential to stop the radicalisation of children. The source said: ‘We saw in Birmingham the dangers of allowing schools to inculcate an intolerant and ultra-Conservative version of their faith in young and impressionable pupils.

‘If they are obliged to learn about another religion – in an even-handed manner – it will help to stop them from being brainwashed.’

The Chief Rabbi and the Archbishop of Westminster declined to comment last night.

Women's Rights Activists Slam UK Plan for Sharia Wills...

Women's rights activists have accused the professional body representing lawyers in England and Wales of endorsing discrimination against women by refusing to withdraw its guidance on sharia wills.
The Law Society issued its guidance on ensuring that wills drawn up for Muslims comply with sharia in March, drawing criticism in the local press that it was effectively enshrining Islamic law in the British legal system for the first time.
In an open letter published on Thursday campaigners said the guidance, "a source of immense concern," encourages legal services "to accommodate highly gender discriminatory religious laws that are being increasingly defined by religious fundamentalists in our society".
The guidance informs lawyers that in general, under sharia, male heirs inherit twice the amount a female heir will receive and that illegitimate children are not heirs.
The letter said the Law Society's failure to withdraw the guidance amounted to a "a gross derogation of duty".
"Are we to assume that when the Law Society refers to equality, it does not include minority women's right to equality?" the letter said.
"Are we to assume that minority women are only to be recognised as different but not equal, and that equality and diversity are mutually exclusive? Are we to assume that the Law Society does not consider minority women as members of the public whose rights and interests the Law Society must also promote through the legal profession?"
According to media reports, the solicitors' watchdog deleted from its website references to professional guidance on drawing up sharia compliant wills in July.
Law Society officials were not immediately available for comment.
One of the campaigners who signed the letter said many women and girls from the Middle East, North Africa and Afghanistan - now living in Britain - had fled countries where sharia is practised. Sharia is based on the teachings of the Koran and the practices of the Prophet Mohammed.
"They too have experienced firsthand the discrimination of Sharia law. They have come to the UK in search of safety and to live in a country where women and men are treated as equals," said Diana Nammi, the executive director of the Iranian & Kurdish Women's Rights Organisation (IKWRO), at a protest outside the Law Society in April.
"Money is being put before women's rights. There is a lot of money to be made by lawyers from drafting Sharia compliant wills. We cannot allow for women's rights to be sacrificed so that lawyers can cash in," she told protesters.
The last census in 2011 showed that Muslims made up the second largest religious group in Britain with 2.7 million people - compared with the 33.2 million Christians that account for 59 percent of the population of 63.2 million.

TWO BOGUS POLICEMEN WITH PAKISTANI ACCENTS ATTACK AND ROB WOMAN IN FRONT OF HER CHILDREN

There was a time when even criminals and gangsters had some kind of ethics and lived by a set of unwritten rules that if they were broken, members of the underworld would dish out their own justice. Now there is no such thing as honour amongst thieves. Especially when the criminals happen to be Muslims who are well known for lacking morales.  Robbing from your own in their home, hitting women and violence in front of children were all off limits. Unfortunately now its all part and parcel of daily life as Muslim criminals behave in the lawless ways of their motherland.

A mum-of-two was viciously attacked in her own home by two men posing as police officers.
The 31-year-old woman was punched in the face in front of her two sons aged just five and seven.
The victim answered the door at her home in Ochrewell Avenue, Deighton, to two Asian men claiming to be police officers investigating an incident.
The men pushed her into the house and attacked her, leaving her with two black eyes.
The robbers escaped with a large haul of Asian gold jewellery.
Huddersfield CID are investigating and appealed for information on the raid which happened at 11.30pm on Friday.
The two boys were shocked but unhurt.
Det Con Andy Clayton, of Huddersfield CID, said: “This was a very disturbing incident for the victim and her young children.
“However, these type of offences are rare and we do not believe there is any wider danger to people in the local area and we are investigating this incident as a targeted robbery.”
The suspects were both described as Asian men who spoke with Pakistani accents. The first suspect had a stocky build, was around 5ft 8in tall and was wearing a light coloured hooded top with white writing across the shoulder blades. He also wore black gloves and dark coloured trousers.
The second man was wearing a black top with the hood up, fastened across his face, and black trousers.
Det Con Clayton said: “I am appealing for any members of the public who may have seen anyone matching the descriptions in the area around the time of the incident to get in touch.
“I would also be keen to hear from anyone who may have been offered Asian jewellery for sale and harbours any suspicions about its origin.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact Det Con Clayton on 101 or by calling Crimestoppers, anonymously and in confidence, on 0800 555 111.

Mother relives horrific moment her husband gunned down her seven-year-old daughter

      • Lyndsey Shipstone, 42, hid from Egyptian-born Yasser Alromisse after their marriage broke down

A distraught mother told last night how she watched in horror as her estranged husband shot their seven-year-old daughter dead.

Lyndsey Shipstone, 42, spoke for the first time about her terror as Egyptian-born Yasser Alromisse carried out the cold-blooded killing as revenge for her turning her back on Islam.

Alromisse, 46, shot their daughter Mary in the head on the doorstep of her home as she returned from primary school on September 11.

‘It was just an ordinary day. Mary had come home from school. She was holding her violin,’ Miss Shipstone said. ‘We walked to the house.

There was nothing extraordinary. We’d just picked up one of the local cats that waited for her.

‘It waited for her every day when she came home from school. We were holding her and just walking down the path and were going to give her some food, like we did every day.

As soon as I put the front door key in there was a terrible bang behind me. I turned round – and Mary was on the ground.’

Alromisse shot the girl again before fleeing to his car.
‘I saw her father with the gun in his hand pointing at Mary’s head and he fired a second time, and then he retreated into the car and I just dropped down to Mary and dragged her round the front of the house away from the car,’ Miss Shipstone said.

‘I was screaming for help and I was telling neighbours who were calling the police that he had a gun and Mary had been shot. I realised I had to get her away.’

She tried desperately to save her daughter but despite her efforts, Mary – who would have been eight last week – died the following day at King’s College Hospital in London.

By the time police arrived, Alromisse had turned the gun on himself in his car, which he had parked in a driveway beside the three-bedroom house.

Miss Shipstone had spent years hiding from Alromisse and had apparently begged lawyers not to tell him that she and Mary were living in the quiet village of Northiam, East Sussex.

Authorities face serious questions over how he found out where they were. Miss Shipstone married Alromisse, a council community safety officer, in Liverpool in 2005 after converting to Islam, friends said. But she rejected his faith and left with Mary and her son Stephen, 21, from a previous relationship.

Miss Shipstone had recently started seeing a new partner and apparently planned legal action over the custody of Mary. But she could not understand why Alromisse would kill their child.

She agreed for Mary’s organs to be donated, which has saved five other children, including two babies. She said: ‘It was important to allow Mary to make that gift of her organs because she was such a healthy girl.

‘I thought it would be a way of Mary living on in these children in some small way.’

A memorial fund has been set up for Mary, whom Miss Shipstone described as lively and intelligent. She said she took ‘great comfort’ in having been with her daughter during her final moments, but added: ‘You can’t describe the horror that I’ve felt losing my precious daughter.

‘I’d hoped that she would survive. But it wasn’t to be.’

'YOU'RE RUINING OUR RELIGION': GIRL BERATED MUSLIM MAN AS HE RAPED HER IN A TESCO CAR PARK

A 15-year-old Muslim girl from East London told a Muslim man, "You're ruining our religion" as he raped her in a supermarket car park.

The girl, unnamed, reported that she was picked up by Belal Miah and made to lie flat in the front seat of his BMW while he raped her in a Tesco car park.
Court News reports that the girl was dressed in a full hijab outside her school when she was persuaded to get into Miah's BMW car and was repeatedly abused.
"She was assaulted several times and Miah and even started using his wife's car to pick her up so that school staff would not become suspicious, Snaresbrook Crown Court heard. In a taped police interview, the girl described being forced to lie flat in the front seat of Miah's BMW with a coat over her head so that she would not be seen."
Snaresbrook Crown Court is in heavily Pakistani and Bangladeshi populated East London Borough of Redbridge, a stone's throw from Tower Hamlets and Newham – two other boroughs which are known to suffer from a level of lawlessness due to their Islamist-linked representatives.

Camden school bans Muslim teenager from taking A-levels because she wears the niqab

A Muslim teenager has been barred from starting her A-levels at one of London’s top state schools because she wears a full-face veil.

The 16-year-old, who has studied at Camden School for Girls for five years, decided to wear the traditional Islamic niqab to cover her hair and face when she returned this month to start in the sixth form.

But the north London school is refusing to allow the girl to begin her A levels if she insists on wearing the veil.

Although the school, whose alumni include campaigner Sarah Brown, the wife of former Prime Minister Gordon Brown, and actress Emma Thompson, has no uniform, it says the niqab goes against an appearance policy.

Hundreds of pupils are among more than 500 people who have signed an online petition supporting the girl.

The girl’s 18-year-old sister said the school’s decision had been “very upsetting” for the family.

She said: “My sister just wants to wear the niqab for her own reasons and attend a school.

“I don’t feel like her education should be compromised or the way she dresses should affect the way anyone looks at her.”

Questions: Camden School for Girls (Picture: BBC)The student only found out a few weeks ago that she had secured a place in the sixth form - but has now been told it is dependant on her not wearing the veil.

In a statement, the school said: “We have an appearance policy and students at the school may wear what they wish subject to any requirement in the interests of teaching and learning, health and safety.

“Inappropriate dress which offends public decency or which does not allow teacher-student interactions will be challenged.”

The petition on change.org, started by an anonymous protester, states that the girl was allowed to sit her GCSE exams this summer wearing the niqab and claimed past students have also worn the veil without being banned, however this has been denied by the school.

It reads: “This school is renowned for its ‘individuality’ and ‘strong feminist views’. However, this poorly thought out decision made by the school contradicts this. What happened to ‘freedom of expression’?”

A former pupil who supports the petition, Farhana Khanom, commented on the website: “I went to Camden School for Girls and many girls wore veils and were allowed to do so. This school had a reputation. And now discriminating people that made their own choice to wear what they feel is utterly disgusting. “

The school, rated “outstanding” by Ofsted, is the first known to have imposed a bar on full-face veils since Birmingham Metropolitan College was forced to overturn a ban last September following an online petition signed by 9,000 people.

Under guidance provided by the Department for Education in 2007, schools have the freedom to set their own uniform policies and enforce such a ban on on security, safety or learning grounds.

London mayor Boris Johnson sparked controversy saying that burqas in schools were “completely wrong” as it emerged that a number of secondary schools in London had forced children as young as 11 to wear the full covering.

This Politician’s Anti-Radical Islam Rant Was So Intense That It Got Him Arrested

Prime Minister David Cameron continues to apologize for and defend Islam, even in the wake of the brutal beheadings done in its name.
There is one British politician, however, who is willing to stand up and speak to who and what the Islamic terrorists are. In this speech, Paul Weston is clearly outraged by the “traitors and quislings” in office and is demanding action to stop the spread of Islam.
He says that the Prime Minister is a “traitor,” “a coward,” and “a liar” who is doing nothing to cease the Islamic push.
Weston gets really angered as he speaks to Cameron’s claim that there are “too many Christians” in British Parliament, and that the police should have more Muslims as well.

Parents' protest after primary school serves non-Halal food to daughter

A MUSLIM family have sent their children to school with "Halal only" signs taped to their chests as a protest about the school serving their daughter non-Halal food.
Talib Hussain said five-year-old Khadija Khan was given non-Halal food by staff atWoodside Academy, Bradford, on at least six occasions that the school knows of.
Although he said he was willing to accept the mistake the first time, he and his family have lost confidence that the school will prevent similar mistakes from happening again.
The school is an independently-run academy but the food is provided by Bradford Council.
Meals are prepared off site and separated for different dietary requirements.
Staff at the school are informed which pupils should be given the specially prepared meals.
It has apologised to the family and said an investigation was under way to establish why the mistakes have occurred.
Mr Hussain and wife Henna Khan, of Buttershaw, had written to the school last spring after Khadija, then four, was served non-Halal food three times for school dinner.
She was also offered ham and crackers in a classroom and sent home with a bag of jelly sweets, which contains gelatin not allowed under Halal rules.
The family complained, and were sent a letter by the Council to inform them that staff would be given Halal awareness training to ensure it did not happen again.
But since she returned to school after the summer break the family believe she has been served the incorrect food twice more.
Mr Hussain said his daughter was too young to differentiate the difference between halal and non-halal food.
"Each time we complained to the school they said they were going to do something about it," he said.
"When it happens once it is an accident, when it happens twice it is a co-incidence but by the time it is happening a third time it is negligence.
"There are other Muslim children attending the school and children of other faiths, how do we know they are all being served the right food? What if someone was allergic to a food and they were served it?
"We were flabbergasted when it happened again.
"When we went to the school with the Halal only signs on the uniforms I told the head it was a protest by me and my children.
"The thing is they really like this school, and the kids are in top sets, but we find it hard to enjoy any of that, this has just overshadowed it. They just have to give the right meals to the right children."
Head teacher Jane Browne told the Telegraph & Argus: "We regret this accident has happened.
"Meals are provided by Bradford Council staff and we are liaising with the Council in undertaking an investigation as to why our strict procedures have not been followed on this occasion."

Radical preacher Anjem Choudary was one of nine men arrested early this morning as part of an investigation into Islamist terrorism.

Choudary, 47, and eight other men aged 22, 31, 31, 32, 36, 38, 39 and 51 were arrested by Metropolitan Police officers in London this morning, and have all been taken to police stations - where they remain in custody.

His arrest came shortly after he posted a series of nine tweets at about 5am today with an anti-Western tone, referring to the ongoing crisis involving ISIS militants in Iraq and Syria.

Muslim activist Abu Izzadeen - born Trevor Brooks - is also among the nine men arrested.

Some 19 residential, business or community premises were being searched today as part of the investigation, Scotland Yard said.

Eleven of these were in east London, one was in west London, one was in north-west London and five were in south London - while a residential address was also being searched in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.

A police spokesman said: ‘These arrests and searches are part of an ongoing investigation into Islamist-related terrorism and are not in response to any immediate public safety risk.’

Officers confirmed that the nine men were arrested on suspicion of being members of a proscribed organisation, supporting a proscribed organisation and encouraging terrorism.

Al-Muhajiroun is understood to be the banned organisation in question, sources said this morning.

Earlier this week, it was reported that Choudary said he has no sympathy for Alan Henning, a volunteer aid worker who was captured in Syria.

ISIS militants threatened to behead the 47-year-old in a video released earlier this month, which showed the murder of another British man, David Haines.

Choudary is reported to have said: ‘In the Koran it is not allowed for you to feel sorry for non Muslims. I don't feel sorry for him.’

Choudary co-founded the now banned group al-Muhajiroun. Fanatics Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale, who were both jailed earlier this year for the brutal slaying of Fusilier Lee Rigby, were both seen at demonstrations organised by al-Muhajiroun, before it was banned.

Choudary said he knew Adebolajo, who was pictured beside him at a rally in 2007, and the second founder of the group, Omar Bakri Mohammed, claimed that he had spoken to the future killer at meetings.

The group, which has changed names a number of times, was banned in the UK in 2010. A study suggested that in the preceding 12 years, 18 per cent of Islamic extremists convicted of terror offences in the UK had current or former links with it.

A resident who lives near a terraced house where Choudary was believed to have lived in Walthamstow, east London, said the preacher and his family moved out about a week ago.

She said Choudary had lived there for around two years and claimed there was police activity at the weekend after he left.

The woman, who did not wish to be named, said: ‘There were police cars and officers walking around. I can't say whether they actually went in.’

Sometimes you wouldn't see him for a couple of weeks. Then when he was back, you would see him walking up and down the road.’

He said he stopped speaking to Choudary following comments he reportedly made about murdered soldier Lee Rigby and ISIS militants.

‘I used to speak to him to just say good morning but having seen the things that he had been saying... I won't give him the time of day now.’

He said he had not seen the cleric for around a week. ‘I wasn't totally sure he had moved out - I thought he might have just moved out while they were doing the house up.

‘They have totally gutted the house. I have seen him moving stuff out. I wasn't sure if it was going to be permanent or just temporary. ‘
He said he had not seen any police activity but added: ‘I have been informed there was a lot of police presence here over the last week. My neighbour said there has been police cars coming up and down, policemen knocking on his door apparently.’

Anti-extremism campaigners Hope Not Hate welcomed the arrests today.

ANJEM CHOUDARY: LAWYER WHO BECAME RADICAL PREACHER

Radical cleric Anjem Choudary is on the verge of becoming a household name.
The 47-year-old lawyer-turned-self-styled preacher is often heard making provocative and controversial comments on sensitive issues of national security.
Most recently, the East London-based Islamist told reporters he does not ‘feel sorry’ for British IS hostage Alan Henning and labelled the terror network’s leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, as ‘prince of the believers’.
TV: Choudary (second right) pictured in a promotional image for BBC programme My Brother the Terrorist, in April. Pictured (from left) Alyas Karmani, Richard Dart (Salahuddin), Robb Leech, Choudary and Abdullah Deen

But despite his frequent and contentious appearances in the public eye and connections to extremism, Choudary has established a reputation for being careful to stay on the right side of the law.
Scotland Yard’s Assistant Commissioner Cressida Dick previously revealed police officers were constantly assessing whether any of Choudary’s proclamations were criminal, but later added: ‘It is fair to say that many so-called preachers of hate are very familiar with criminal law.’
Choudary, who is of Pakistani descent, studied law at Guildford, before moving to London to teach English as a second language.
After becoming a lawyer and completing his legal qualifications, Choudary became chairman of the Society of Muslim Lawyers. He was later removed from the roll of solicitors in 2002.
He later embraced radical Islamism and co-founded the extremist organisation al-Muhajiroun, working with the Islamist militant leader Omar Bakri Muhammad.
Among his most controversial moves were plans to stage an anti-Western march under his now-banned group Islam4UK through Wootton Bassett, at a time when the Wiltshire town was famous for honouring service personnel killed in Afghanistan. He caused great distress to the town’s residents but the plan never came to fruition.
And he has during numerous interviews over the last 10 years applauded the 9/11 terrorists, refused to condemn the 7/7 bombings in London and blamed the murder of soldier Lee Rigby on British foreign policy.
Islamist fanatics Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale, who were both jailed earlier this year for the brutal slaying of Fusilier Rigby, were both seen at demonstrations organised by al-Muhajiroun. Choudary admitted he knew Adebolajo, who was pictured beside him at a rally in 2007.
A report from anti-extremism campaigners Hope Not Hate warned Choudary was wrongly seen as ‘a figure of fun’ and warned al-Muhajiroun was the ‘single biggest gateway to terrorism in recent British history’.
Choudary at the time said al-Muhajiroun has been active since the 1990s meaning that a lot of people will have come into contact with the group but denied any involvement in atrocities.
Al-Muhajiroun has a complicated history and has taken on a number of alternative names, in a bid to dodge its proscribed organisation status, such as Islam4UK, Muslims Against Crusades and Need4Khilafah.
One of the group’s most provocative statements was to celebrate the 9/11 extremists as ‘the Magnificent 19’.
Earlier this week, Choudary turned his attention to the capture of aid worker Alan Henning, saying he did not ‘feel sorry for him’.
ISIS militants threatened to behead the 47-year-old in a video, which also showed the murder of another British man, David Haines.
Choudary told reporters: ‘Rather than focus on Mr Henning, what they could do, the British Government, is focus on their own actions. Why are they not releasing Muslim people they are holding?
‘If they stop the oppression against Muslims, Mr Henning could easily be returned home.’

British Muslims whose families have lived in the UK for generations 'more likely to become radicalised than recent migrants'

      • Thinktank warns against the profiling of groups more prone to radicalisation

British Muslims most at risk of radicalisation are those whose families have the strongest links to the UK, new research claims.

A University of London study found being financially comfortable but suffering from mild depression and being socially isolated were also factors which linked those sympathetic to terrorism.

Recent immigrants, on the other hand, were far less likely to support violent protest, even if they felt unwelcome in their adopted communities.

It comes as hysteria mounts in the UK over the number of homegrown Islamist hardliners who are believed to have travelled to Syria and Iraq to fight with the Islamic State insurgency.

There was shock in the country when the videos purporting to show the execution of Western hostages held by the group featured a masked man who spoke with a London accent, as well as a recruitment video featuring three other young British men.

Questions have been raised as to why men and women born and raised in Britain feel inspired leave the country and fight for a cause with values alien to those held dear in Britain.

More than 600 British Muslim men and women of Pakistani or Bangladeshi origin, aged 18 to 45, were asked 16 questions about their sympathies for violent protest and terrorism.

Researchers analysed their responses to sort them into three groups: most sympathetic (or most vulnerable), most condemning (most resistant), and a large intermediary group that acted as a reference.
Their findings, published in the online open-access journal PLOS One, showed those most sympathetic towards terrorism were likely to report symptoms of depression and to report religion as 'very important' rather than 'fairly important'. They were also less likely to be of Bangladeshi origin.
'Contrary to popular views about radicalisation, unemployment, educational achievements, discrimination, and stressful life events did not show associations with sympathies towards violent protest and terrorism,' the researchers wrote.
Those most likely to condemn terrorism were more likely to include migrants born outside of the UK, as well as people unavailable for work (mostly stay-at-home mothers). They also reported a greater number of social contacts and were less likely to be unemployed.
They were also more likely to report symptoms of depression than the reference group.
Curiously they reported low levels of social capital, as measured by satisfaction with the area were they lived, trust in their neighbours and feelings of safety.
'A low score, therefore, reflected fears associated with the neighbourhood, including violence in the community,' the researchers wrote.

Kamaldeep Bhui, lead author of the study and professor of cultural anthropology at Queen Mary, University of London told The Independent: 'Migrant groups are much stronger in condemning terrorism. I think the most compelling argument for this is that recent migrants are dealing with a hard struggle and they've invested in coming here.

'They've got adversity to deal with and are not in a position where they can indulge some of the ideas of grievance; whereas people born or brought up here probably take for granted the security and safety where they live and the education and support.'

But Quilliam, the counter-extremism thinktank, counselled caution over the findings. Dr Erin Marie Saltman, a senior researcher for the group, said such findings could lead to unhelpful policies which target 'minority age-specific groups.'

'That becomes very dangerous,' she said.

Zeeyarat Khan, 27, has been jailed for 18 years after attacking colleague Samera Suleman, 32, because she rejected his advances
A Poundland worker who became 'obsessed' with his female colleague beat her with a claw hammer after she rejected him, leaving her with a brain injury.

Zeeyarat Khan, 27, spoke of marrying co-worker Samera Suleman but when she turned him down, he threatened to kill her.

Miss Suleman, 32, a single mother, tried to quit her job at a branch of Poundland in Birmingham, but as she went to hand in her notice, Khan launched an attack.

Running out from behind his till, he grabbed a claw hammer from one of the selves, then used it to beat Miss Suleman in broad daylight.

Birmingham Crown Court heard Khan struck her twice over the head before launching a 'determined and sustained' assault, witnessed by a mum with three young children.

Miss Suleman was left with skull fractures, a brain injury and a fractured finger after the attack.

Jailing Khan for 18 years, Judge James Burbidge QC told him: 'You wanted the relationship to be more permanent but she gently rebuffed you.

'You rushed out of the store and pursued her, attacking her in the most public of places. You rained blows on her fast and furious.
'She is very fortunate to have survived the brain injury but it will change her life for ever.'

Khan, 27, of no fixed address, had previously admitted a charge of attempted murder.

Miss Suleman, a teaching assistant, worked part-time at Poundland’s St Andrews Retail Park branch.

Hugh O’Brien Quinn, prosecuting, told Birmingham Crown Court: 'Although they were friendly they seldom socialised outside work.

'It seems the defendant became obsessed with Miss Suleman. It became known among other staff he was attracted to her.

'He told Miss Suleman he had feelings for her and wanted to marry her. She told the defendant she did not have feelings for him.'

The court heard she tried to avoid Khan as his mental health declined. But Mr O’Brien Quinn said the defendant repeatedly threatened to kill her.

He lashed out when she arrived to hand in her notice on October 9 last year, leaving her with several skull fractures and a similar finger injury.

Mr O’Brien Quinn said: 'He ran from his position at the till and selected a claw hammer from one of the aisles. He then ran after her.'

Mr O’Brien Quinn said Khan was seen by police officers in Digbeth ten minutes later - still holding the bloodstained weapon.

He said Miss Suleman had been severely affected by the attack and was still receiving counselling.
Graham Henson, defending, said Khan felt he had been rebuffed and it had been an 'explosion' of spontaneous anger.
